One of my subscriptions (PlayStation Plus, Music Unlimited, DC Universe) auto-renewed and I didn't know about it.

When a you purchase a subscription, you will be prompted to enter Credit Card information and the Auto Renewal option will default to "ON".  Unless a you opt to turn off the Auto Renewal feature manually, your subscription will renew automatically by deducting funds from your wallet, or by charging the credit card on the account. We're happy to help you out with this issue; just follow these steps:

  1. To prevent this from happening in the future, please read this article on how to turn off auto renewal.

I don't own any PlayStation  or Sony products and I don't have a Sony Entertainment Network account, but I am seeing charges on my credit card statement.

This is a very serious issue, and we ask that you please contact your card issuer immediately to report unauthorized usage. This is the fastest and most direct way of getting your issue resolved.

I was double-charged for a purchase.

Nobody likes to pay twice! That may be a great name for a James Bond movie, but it's not the great experience we strive to deliver in the PlayStation Store. Please contact us so that we may investigate your issue further.

I don't like what I purchased.

It's always frustrating to spend your hard-earned money on something, only to have it not meet your expectations. While the PlayStation Network Terms of Service and User Agreement prevent us from granting refunds in this situation, we do have a few suggestions on how to make your next purchase a sure-fire hit:

  1. For less than $5 a month you can join PlayStation Plus. There are a number of great benefits to being a PlayStation Plus member, but two of the best are the free games available every month and the full game trials that let you play through the first hour of a game for free!
  2. There are tons of free game demos available to all players in the PlayStation Store. Visit the demo portion of the store and check out latest games for the PS3, PS Vita, and PSP... for free!

I downloaded content and deleted it.

Whether you deleted something by mistake or got rid of it to make room for something else, you can almost always redownload previously purchased content. Please follow the steps listed in this article for step-by-step instructions as to how.
