[PS3™ system] Updated 05/06/2013

Simultaneous Audio Playback and Gameplay

The PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system can play audio files saved on the Hard Disk Drive (HDD), USB Storage Devices, or removable storage cards*. The PlayStation 3 system's ability to simultaneously play these audio files while playing a PlayStation®, PlayStation®2, or PlayStation®3 format software title depends on whether the particular software supports this feature.

* only 60GB and 80GB version support removable storage cards

Game Support Contacts

We currently do not have any information regarding which software titles support this feature. Please contact the software publisher directly for additional details on music playback during game play, see Game Support Contacts for contact information.
