Question: When I purchase content on the online store, how can I access it?
Answer: Once you purchase the content from the online store, you can download the content onto your PS3, PS Vita, or PSP by accessing the Download List on the respective device or from the Sony Entertainment Network web store. Q: When will the online store be updated?
A: The Online store will be updated with game content when the PlayStation Store is updated every Tuesday. Updates generally occur anywhere from 9:00am - 7:00pm PST, but update times are subject to change. Movies and TV Shows however, can be updated as frequently as daily. Q: What kind of form of payment can users choose in the online store?
A: Payment for products uses the PlayStation/PSN account wallet. In the wallet, users can specify which credit/bank card to use, can redeem prepaid cards or can use PayPal to fund the account.
Q: Is the online store optimized for mobile devices?
A: You can access and purchase from the PlayStation online store from all major mobile browsers. Go to https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com.
Q: During PlayStation maintenance periods, will I still be able to purchase content from the online store?
A: During maintenance, you will not be able to purchase content from the online store, but you can browse in guest mode.
Q: How do I report an issue with the online store?
A: Contact PlayStation Customer Service if you believe you need to report an issue. You can also review the Customer Service Knowledge Center to look up a question. Lastly, you can seek out the help from the PlayStation Community in the PSN Support Forums.
Q: When I purchase a movie through the online store to watch on my PC, why do I have to use the Media Go application to download and watch it?
A: The goal of the current online store is to provide a convenient and easy to use way to browse and purchase content on the PlayStation Store via a PC. At this time, movies and TV episodes purchased through the online store can only be downloaded and watched through the Media Go application on PCs. As part of our commitment to further enhancing the store user experience, we are currently developing an in-browser video player for PCs and other features that we think our customers will love.
Q: Can users browse and buy content from Music Unlimited/Video Unlimited through the online store?
A: Users can purchase video and game content through the the PlayStation Store on PS4, PS3, PC, and PS Vita. Music Unlimited is a streaming music service, so titles aren't available to purchase or browsed through the online store.
Q: How can I add or update my credit card information on the online store?
A: You can update your billing information on the online store as a signed-in user by highlighting your user name in the upper right corner and going to Account Settings.
Q: What is different from the PlayStation online store and Media Go?
A: Media Go allows users to easily transfer music, photos, videos and other media between a Windows-based PC and mobile devices, including Sony Mobile phones, Xperia tablets, PSP and Sony Walkman. The new online store enables people to simply and easily browse and purchase videos, games and other game- related content via a PC that can be downloaded later on a PlayStation®3 (PS3™) and PlayStation®Vita (PS Vita). Videos purchased via the online store can also be watched on a PC through Media Go.

Q: What are the system requirements for streaming PlayStation Video content from a PC or Mac browser?
A: System requirements for Windows:
- 2.33GHz or faster x86 compatible processor or Intel® Atom™ 2.0GHz or faster processor for
- Windows Vista® (32 bit), Windows 7 (32 bit and 64 bit), Windows 8 (32 bit and 64 bit)
- Internet Explorer 10 or later, Mozilla Firefox 17 or later, Google Chrome 34 or later (recommended)
- 512MB of RAM (1GB of RAM recommended for netbooks); 256MB of graphics memory
- Flash 14.0 or later
- Web connection with 1.5 Mbps download speed or better

- If you experience video playback issues such as spontaneous resizing of the video player UI, this could be because you are running outdated display drivers. We recommend that you to check with your device manufacturer that your video drivers are up-to-date.
- If you see an error message such as "Unable to connect to the server right now" this may be because you are behind a web proxy that is blocking the video stream. Please check your web browser proxy settings, if possible disable the proxy, or check with your proxy administrator if any traffic rules could be blocking the video stream.
Remote Download FAQs
Q: Can I activate remote download on content beyond just the point of purchase?
A: Remote Download can only be activated via the PlayStation Store via PC browser or mobile browser that is compatible with iPhone/iPad and Android smartphones and tablets.
Q: Is this feature able to be activated over the PlayStation Store on mobile browsers?
Q: Can I change the timeframe for Remote Download, remotely?
A: Yes. You can set the two hour Automatic Update to remotely download game content as desired.
Q: Aside from downloading remotely, will game content automatically install via Remote Download?
A: Any piece of playable content that requires installation on your console will install upon downloading.
Q: Am I able to set up more than one device to take advantage of Remote Play?
A: Yes, but just a single PS4, PS3 and PS Vita that is logged into the user account.
Q: Am I able to use this functionality for PSP devices as well?
A: No, just PS4, PS3 and PS Vita.
